In the resort, on plots ranging from 700 to 1000 square meters was built a group of holiday homes for all-year-round residence. This area is closed, guarded by a professional firm. This guarantees peace and security.
Construction and equipment of the house
Homes built in pine wood with usable area of approximately 95 sq. meters are for 6-persons. For use all year - fireplace heating and electric radiators. Each cottage has a terrace and a single parking place.
Ground floor home consists of:
- Hall
- Living room with fireplace,
- Bedroom (2 bed, bunk bed),
- dining-room and kitchenette fully equipped (covering the 6 people, kitchen appliances, electric stove, microwave, fridge with small freezer, coffee machine, toaster)
- Bathroom with shower.
On the floor:
- Bedroom with double bed and balcony,
- Bedroom with 2 twin beds or double bed (no houses 2,3,4,5,6,9),
- Toilet.
All cottages have a high standard of equipment:
- Wood furniture,
- Sofa,
- TV + TV-SAT,
- A set of garden furniture
- Hair Dryer,
- Set the ironing
- Dryer.
On request (please notify when booking): you can insert cots and chairs for babies.
The rental price includes:
- costs of water and energy
- Bed linen (exchange 1 once a week)
- Towels (exchange 2 times per week)
- Kitchen towels and kitchen chemistry
- Final cleaning
